How to harvest!

Making harvest safe and taste the best!

 

MICROGREENS

Once you bring home your harvest, immediately harvest your crop with clean and sanitized scissors. Your microgreens have been grown to their optimal taste profile, and that's why you should harvest right away.  Place into a sealed container within the refrigerator (at zero to four degrees celcius).  Use your crop within the week to have your best microgreens experience! And to ensure freshness!

RADISHES

Your plant can be placed on a plate with water and put next to a window to keep growing. I love harvesting just the leaves, putting them into salads, and then maybe harvest the actual radish the next day!
